Production building XONÇA with area of 6300 square meters for a network of supermarkets ARAZ. To optimize the location of loading and unloading docks, the maximum possible 12 m frame pitch is used; in addition, it allowed reducing the number of foundation points and, as a result, save on foundation works and crane hours when installing the supporting frame. A single-layer wall system LPA900 with a thermal insulation thickness of 80 mm and an internal decorative LPD panel is applied on the walls. Looking at the photo, you may get the impression that on the roof, as on the walls, panels with white polymer coating are used. However, this is an optical illusion, since a folding system LMR600 has been implemented in the project, the outer panels are made of steel with galvalume coating. Firstly, it gives increased corrosion resistance, so we are ready to provide an extended corrosion warranty up to 20 years! Secondly, this steel has a high light and heat reflecting ability, therefore, the customer receives additional buns from the point of view of the energy efficiency of the building.
Under such a roof, it will heat up less, which means you can save on ventilation and air conditioning, and also on cooling in the case of temperature warehouses. Taking into consideration of the climate of Azerbaijan, perhaps this property of the material is even more valuable.
